"Room was clean, we loved the in-room sauna and pool. Bed was very comfortable. There are some outdated things but well worth it and the nightlife was fun. The staff were all super friendly. We will go again."

"Quiet, not crowded at all, and breakfast included is a plus. Some staff were friendly. I did receive accommodation for the pool being closed. My granddaughter and Daughter enjoyed the H2O waterpark. It’s not a 5 star resort but it will do. The pool was closed for a couple of days, It would’ve been nice to be notified. I will come again but I will call in Advance to see what’s open and what’s close. "

"This is a beautiful luxury hotel! The staff was friendly yet very professional. All open areas were exceptionally clean. Restaurant's were beautiful! My only issues were the guests above sounded as if they were running, stomping, dropping what sounded like bowling balls, every night, during quiet hours. Also, our last night in the beautiful heated pool, someone came in smelling like weed. Very upsetting. No fault of the hotel though. Still a great hotel."
