"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. "The property was lovely but for a couple it was kid central so didn’t use the pool other than one afternoon because it was so busy. Housekeeping asked if we wanted sheets and towels changed, which we said we were ok but still could have made the bed, replaced coffee and water, picked up the washcloth in the shower etc. just little tidy up is nice. Staff were lovely !! The lobby lounge has good snacks and wine. Not always easy to find in Taiwan. Our private hot spring onsen was amazing !!"
