"A Breath taking resort the interior & exterior Andalusian villas are incredibly beautiful. Exceptional outdoor & view by the guest pool & breakfast restaurant The housekeeping did very net service when I came back to my villa found it well maintained they nicely organized the wardrobe & my toiletries I liked their touch. The stuff at the restaurants are very welcoming & friendly yet not very professional i can say they need enhancing training & experience to be Banyan tree signature standard....

"Hotel rooms were nice and ours had a nice view. We had some difficulty getting wash cloths, but that was our experience in our travels outside the US overall. Staff was very kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and there were nice views at the breakfast restaurant and by the pool. All the restaurants were not open but there were still good rating options.
