"I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! "The property is gorgeous!! Had the swim up suite which was perfect! The bartenders were great, everyone was extremely helpful, the ONLY downside was the food. Food was a 6/10 at best. We were asking for authentic Mexican food and they recommended La taqueria… it didn’t give what they thought it gave. Then we went to downtown and the restaurants were what we were looking for. Definitely go to the speciality restaurants on site though. Oh, and they are a time share resort, but the team was not as pushy as I’ve seen other places. So great place, would highly recommend, just explore downtown for good food and come prepared with mosquito repellant."

"The rooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The food was hit or miss, with some meals being better than others. One of the biggest drawbacks was the pool design. The pool was about 5’3” deep throughout, which made getting drinks from the poolside bars inconvenient. Instead of being able to walk up to the bar, you basically had to swim over. Once you got a drink, it was difficult to swim away while holding it, so most people ended up staying around the bar area. This caused the pool bars to be consistently overcrowded."

"Beautiful property, well maintained, staff incredible very helpful , highly recommended. We were for a week in the premium section in the Rivera Maya only adults. Thumbs up for the excellent costumer service, everyone from the hard working guys that clean the beaches until the management staff. Special Mention to Diego in the reception , Mary the housekeeper, Liliana the waitress (Miramar buffet). Definitely we will be back 💕"

"The property was well maintained and beautiful at every turn. There was constant activities and games available. The staff was amazing. The amenities were emaculate! Claudia and Laura were super friendly at check-in and throughout. Ronny and Erik were great entertainment 👌 and Desi made the 🍸. Will definitely recommend and return! The food at every restaurant was on point and the café had so many options! Room service and all....LOVED IT!"

"Very clean resort with many things to do. Room was very nice and air-conditioning worked great. We were upgraded to a bigger room for some reason I am not aware of but I did not complain. I always need a cool/cold room when sleeping and this definitely fit the bill. Deck was also nice too and was quite big. Restaurants were nice and clean. You definitely need to book all the restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly. The booking website could use some better work as it was hard to cancel and change reservations. Pools were nice and cleaned every morning. Beach was maintained as best as possible every morning given the bad seaweed season. The beach is not the best but you can snorkel and see many fish. On some days, there was no seaweed at all. Staff is very friendly and willing to help as much as possible. Bars were plentiful with a lot of seating. We didn't upgrade to the privileged status, but the selection was okay. Nightly shows were great and entertaining. Be sure to show up early. All in all in was a great resort. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been to over 30+ all-inclusive resorts throughout Central America and this was by no means in the bottom half of lower 75%. The only negative is how far it is from the airport; its about an hours drive from Cancun/airport. So if you are booking any excursions that are in Cancun or leave from Cancun, be prepared to spend at least an hour or 2 in the car."
