"Everything was great! Food options, landscaping, entertainment, customer service. We’ve been coming to Barcelo for the past 20 years and it’s still the same furniture. Completely outdated, TV’s have diagonal lines and apparently many are like that so please renovate asap!"

"The overall for food was OK. I felt it needed more flavor this is only for the buffets. The restaurants with reservations food was amazing. Very delicious/ taste. bed was comfortable/ room was clean all the time. Very friendly staff and helpful. "

"Service was exceptional. Beach was clean and plenty of cabanas. Plenty of food options if you eat meat, not so much for dinner if you’re vegetarian. Staff looks after all your needs. A great phone app lets you request things from room service, to housekeeping, to turn down service. Very impressed. "
