Luxury Hotels in Tamsui, New Taipei City

"Hotel has drinking water machine. Cleaning staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located by Taipei Main Train Station. But for a 5-star Hotel, it's a little outdated. The whole facility only has one washer and one dryer, and the open hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. But when we asked the front desk at the time checked in, we were told that the hotel has at least 30 machines. And the staff didn't informed us of the operation hours."

"Staff was all very courteous, professional and eager to help. I have to mention the concierge service was exceptional, especially a gentleman whom I didn't get his name when I arrived on May 2, 2026 and the ladies, Ting and Ori. Truly exceptional and caring service. Absolutely top tier."

"This hotel was in the perfect location for a short 2 day trip to Taipei. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Our room was much bigger than I’m used to when traveling internationally. We will stay here when we come back to Taipei in the future."

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"
