It wasn’t the best trip I had and the room was very small, ordered a club room I thought it was actually going to be inside the room, I thought it was a whole room I was going to stay at but the club room was something for everyone on the 5th floor to come in and chill. Wasn’t expecting that when I got there I thought it was going to be something private that I can annoy alone with my spouse, the bed sheets looked dirty as well I was going to report it but I was at the end of my stay and was going to the hard rock hotel for a much better experience!
These were the bed sheets i was sleeping in all night but didn’t get to see it fully under the sun until I was getting ready to check out

The staff was very nice but the hotel just was dirty. We came two years ago and they were under construction and they’re still under construction. The rooms were old and outdated. There was terrible smell We had to switch to a room because the AC in our first room wasn’t working. The bathrooms were disgusting. There was fairly new tile on the floor, but in our bathroom, it was old tile in the shower tub area and it was just gross mildewy old. I’m just very disappointed for what I paid.

I felt unsafe in the crime ridden area, there was no food anywhere and bed bugs. Pool was not in working order and closed. I want a total refund on my stay. Nice room although only one elevator, and if your room is at end of building it's a long walk. Also nice breakfast but its16 dollars per person. Didn't realize we had to pay until we started eating. Our friends stayed on 3rd floor and their bed was sunkin in , the AC wasn't working properly and the room had a moldy smell.

The front desk upon check-in advised the rooms would be cleaned daily....but that was not true. I asked twice and still no one came. The rooms need upgrading, as the furniture is really old. Otherwise its a nice hotel to spend a a night or two. Loved the pool...just wish they cleaned it more often.

I reserved a king and placed in a muffy cat smelling room with a stopped up bathroom sink that didn’t drain I booked there because it was close to the Florida Fairgrounds in which I attended the university of Tampa commencement. They offered no discount as others had I actually chose wrong hotel since the hotel is gloomy and grimy and it’s a Sheraton!! Expected better
