Everything was awesome from the time we walked in until we checked out. Staff was very friendly and suggested places for us to go. Room was very clean and breakfast was awesome! Free shuttle to the port was great too! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice Hampton. The entrance was a little difficult to find but once we did, we were greeted by Michael in the lobby. He was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was an employee working the area to make sure food supply was maintained and area remained clean.

Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a dedicated smoking area underneath the lobby for employees and customer's and smoke traveled through elevator shafts and made the lobby and elevator areas smell of smoke. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good and convenient. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free Trolley was very conveniently located right outside entrance to Hotel to commute to downtown Tampa
