I’ve been traveling to the area for the past 3 years at least twice a year. This is my first stay at this property and I was highly impressed with the cleanliness, customer, quality of breakfast. This hotel was very affordable. I highly recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at different Holiday Inn locations before, but this one was better than the others and highly recommended. The location was cool and calm, and the breakfast was routine, not much different from other Holiday Inn locations, but overall, it was better than the others.

I watched as the GM greeted many guests during breakfast, checking on their individual comfort. The personal touch, excellent George!! Entire staff was very friendly, personable but professional. Breakfast was on time, nutritional, and plenty of options. Coffee or tea all day. Other than the elevators being old and in need work and quieter refrig, nice place. Bed and room comfortable.

Pleasantly surprised to see size of room with 2 queen beds. Couch, cocktail table, side chairs, desk area, Fridge, microwave, 24/7 coffee with real cream in lobby. Breakfast was another bonus. Buffet was more than we expected. Highly recommend this place especially if your there for medical appointments in the early AM.

The property is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. The air conditioning systems are not central but it works well. Coffee station is available all day (coffee is delicious) and I loved the ice cream in the evening. They also have computers available for guests to use, I noticed the printer didn’t have ink. Good location off I75, near restaurants and shopping, and only 15 min to USF Tampa campus.

As a bougie traveler, when my other half suggested this brand hotel, I was clutching my pearls (iffy sarcasm). Pleasantly surprised by how clean, friendly, and accommodating they were. The gentleman who checked me in was a gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back at a fraction of the cost I normally book my stays. Great choice.
