Clean hotel which was appreciated. Nice lobby. Dated rooms that are poorly redecorated. Smelled like pot. Cracked sink, holes in bathroom walls from previous decor, and a hole in the carpet in our room. Pool had a hairball floating in it. Fine for a quick overnight, but not a vacation hotel. Luckily we were there for a quick stay.

The property is beautiful and the grounds are perfectly landscaped with flowers and trees. The location is excellent close to a major shopping area and right off of a main freeway. The area is safe and the location is semi gated. The lobby is decorated with beautiful art and comfortable seating. I would rate this property 3-4 stars.

I stayed here last year and really loved it so I went back. The staff and amenities are wonderful and it’s very clean. I could see little signs of lack of maintenance up-keep though. Examples- cracked elevator button, scuffs/marks on corners of walls. Maybe short staffed for maintenance? I was a little disappointed that it didn’t look like it was being cared for.

The good- staff very friendly , hotel was clean , pool area clean and not at all busy. Close to shopping and arenas. The bad- no hot water for showers the first morning, mattress was not comfortable, parking was ok if you got there early and didn't need to leave . If you got there late, parking was slim picking to none .
