"Contacted property concierge service about early check in and no one responded back. The entrance way was unlocked and apartment smelled like throw up. Noisy and smelled like weed. I would not advise this property."

"Front desk person was very nice. Easy check in. Very clean hotel. Parking was very easy for a downtown hotel since they have their own parking deck. "
"Great location. We were able to walk to the Benchmark arena. Room was comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel didn't have great food but the staff were great. "

"Wow! What a beautiful place! I sadly forgot to get her name but the front desk lady that checked us in was SO kind! She let us check in even though we were obnoxiously early! And she didn’t have one negative thing to say about it either! The room was beautiful, well worth the value and clean. I was walking with multiple cups in my hand and staff that were in the lobby insisted they help me! It was just a great stay! If I come back to Tampa I will certainly stay here again"
"The Roost is a fantastic property! We were in Tampa for a conference at the Convention Center and all the host hotels were sold out, so we booked at the Roost. I’m so glad we did! I think it was a much better option than staying at one of the Convention Center hotels. I loved the studio apartment feel and the hip Water Street location. I would definitely recommend the Roost to anyone looking for a hotel in the Downtown Tampa area."
"I recently stayed at The Edition Tampa and was thoroughly impressed. This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star reputation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The highlight for me was definitely the pool area — absolutely gorgeous. It's beautifully designed, perfect for relaxing or snapping a few envy-inducing photos. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is chic and modern, with thoughtful touches that elevate the experience.
Would I return? Absolutely — especially for that pool and the impeccable service."
