"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing lacking was a gym. That said, highly recommeded."

"The hotel is something you won’t forget for long time. The garden and building designed so beautiful, make you think you staying in ancient Morocco palace. Room, amenities, staff, services, breakfast, lunch dinner,everything is top notch, the only thing might mention here is that staying there could easily break your bank."

"We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience."
