"Even thought they let Orbitz/Expedia list as air conditioned it is definately not air conditioned. No units in rooms or central. Yes, it cools down at night but my room was almost 30 degrees. No fans. Also charged me 3 ringgit tourist tax despite having already paid it online. They did not understand the currency conversion. For budget tourists it would be ok but not worth the 130 ringgit off weekend price. Parking is on street and have to buy coupon book for parking"

"I stayed 3 night because it offered a good rate. I cannot say it is very comfortable hotel, I can only say it is acceptable in overall as a budget hotel. The water flow from water tap in bath room is very small. Water heater's sound is very big. Air cond & TV are okay. Free parking on the street, I could see security guards were paroling at night. Staffs were friendly. "
