"One of the staff, Dini, was very helpful and suggested lots of things for us whilst we were in Ipoh. We had one of the rooms near the lobby/entrance of the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient at night e.g. if we had to go to the bathroom... but other than that it was a great stay! "Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame."
