"I have been coming to Radisson Blu Mogan since 2018, usually 2-3 times per year, and have always found this hotel to be incredibly welcoming. From the staff at the front desk when you arrive, to the housekeeping staff in the rooms and the amazing (and very patient) staff in the restaurants (particularly at breakfast), they are all so good. The rooms are a really good size, with everything you need (including sun loungers on the very large balconies) easily to hand. The resort is also very conveniently located for the port and Mogan Playa, with its plethora of bars and restaurants, as well as a SuperDino supermarket for the day to day essentials. Overall, this is a very consistent and comfortable resort that I would definitely recommend."

"Our 2nd visit to this hotel, we 1st went 4 yrs ago, the hotel rooms are feeling a little dated but always cleaned to a high standard and the gardens are a lovely space as are the indoor plants. Great bar service in the lobby bar and cocktails were well made. The pools and pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds available. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Evening buffet a lot to choose from salads were fresh and we mostly had the freshly cooked meat or fish. Mogan is a quiet resort with pleasant beach and harbour altho sea quality seems to have declined as no fish to see when we went snorkelling and murky water compared to 4 yrs ago. Would recommend private transfer due to distance from airport."

"The staff and pool are absolutely fantastic with plenty to do. We didn't get take the opportunity to explore the 'Island of Stars' as the main pool wasn't uncomfortably busy and we were only on a reasonably short stay. Also cant comment on the food as we ate out each day with friends who live locally. Unfortunately the rooms (or at least the one I was in) are in a need of a bit of a refresh although this could be easily achieved. Our room could have done with being a little more spacious and it was a little bizarre how the middle door on the wardrobe was fixed shut (although we did choose a basic room). Was also a little odd how there was a door frame on the one wall which had just been blocked in with plasterboard, but the door architrave left in situ? No issues with hot water availability and the cleaners are constantly working away to keep the communal areas and rooms as clean as possible (With the exception of the communal shower... to be covered separately). On the final day it was our intention to use the downstairs communal shower as our airport shuttle wasn't until 5pm. We checked on the facilities early in the day and found them to have a foul sewage smell. At that time there were two people showering and one was literally heaving at the smell! Later in the afternoon we found raw sewage spewing from the toilets and all over the floor in the mens toilets in particular. Staff were aware and just said it would be cleaned tomorrow. "

"I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a smile. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety was impressive, and everything was delicious, making it the perfect start to each day. The location is unbeatable—right next to Santa Catalina Park and the port, and just a short walk to the beautiful Las Canteras beach. It’s also a great base if you're planning to head out and explore the island's National Parks and volcanic landscapes, as the main bus station is just a few minutes away. Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool for the best views of the city!"

"Pool was very pleasant. Staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Short walk to an ‘original’ beach, very rocky! Nice restaurants and a Spa. "

"We stayed 4 nights though didn't eat at the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean with good amenities. The rooftop pool is great! Would have been nice to have some coffee pods provided as there is a coffee machine."
