Enjoyable stay

The breakfast was really good, the attention from Lili was amazing I really recommended, she was very kind and helpful with some indications about the island. Another good point is the terrace the food was very good👍

Enjoyed the Silken Saaj in Las Palmas. The staff are its biggest asset. Thank you to all. Good location and close to local restaurants, shops and bus stops.

I needed a place to stay near the marina for one night before flying out early the next morning. This was perfect. Easy walk from the marina. Comfortable room. Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am to take me to the airport.

Good location opposite the beach. Room was soundproof from traffic. Room had fridge and Samsung TV to stream from your tablet Powerful shower. Staff friendly and helpful. No toilet brush and drying mat from shower though. Supplied coffee wasn't the best

Good Hotel

Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Thank you so much for a great stay. Great service, so friendly. Lovely to sit at the roof topp terassse enjoying the food, view and someting nice in the glass. Good selection for breakfast. The hotel has perfect location to the beach, shopping areas, wellness and restaurants. I was not aware when I ordered that the hotel not have balcany and that we could not see out the window from our room. The view was inside the hotell. It is however possible to order room with view. But not a problem since the hotel has a lovely roof top.

The fridge in the room was horrible not working . Where they put the soap in the bathroom was broken and not working . A few cockroaches in the room . The restaurant staff were pretty nice and the area it was located in was great but the actual hotel not the best either could barely get a sea view through the window

Just okay

We were excited about this stay after seeing the great pictures and reviews. However, it turned out just okay and a little disappointing. Pros: - Nice workers - Will hold luggage for you if needed - Breakfast had some variety - Good location if you want to be in the city center Cons: - No hot showers, was only lukewarm or room temp - The queen bed is two twin beds pushed together - Toilet was not fully flushed when we first entered - Mold in the shower - Towels seemed old and were starting to fall apart - There was a sea view but blocked by window shades

This hotel sets the bars high

The best hotel stay I’ve ever had ! :) Breakfast (7-11 AM) is fantastic ( especially the freshly cut Serrano ham and fruits) and they sell the leftovers via “Too good to go” instead of throwing it away. The rooftop lounge is awesome, but unfortunately we only discovered it on our last day there. Everything is digital and all the rooms have their own AC. The beds are comfortable, even though they apparently don’t have Kingsize beds for couples. Our room was a bit dusty at first, but during our stay it was cleaned almost every day. If your Spanish is not good enough for more complex conversations, you can always switch to English as all the service staff speaks it well.

Perfect time work

The staff is a five-star!! A most friendly and welcoming people always with a smile The hotel is a modern new building which makes my stay really enjoyable. Just felt a lack of daylight and the noise of the cleaning trolley was a bit too early.

Brand new hotel - enjoyed the stay there

It's just a brand new hotel that the staff were nice and courteous as well. Everything was so high tech and new that it was great.
