"when we arrived at the reception 1st day no one said Ola or hello wich is very rude, no details no nothing speechless. The hotel is veryy dirty they don’t clean or change the beds and towels once in 3 days. "We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details.
