"Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed with soft linen. Hot water shower available consistently. Delicious buffet breakfast serving local and western taste. Staff were always customer focused from the security team, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and the front desk. Shout out to: Lucky, Ella, Cess-Mar, Angelo, Art, Kishia, Hanna, & Nisha. They were very attentive to their clients’ expectations and always rendering service with a smile. "

"No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it. There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware. "

"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

"The best hotel stay we had in Bacolod City. Everything was exceptional! Breakfast buffet was super delicious with classy appetizing presentation. Laundry & Dry cleaning was quick & on time. We have a spacious room & a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of Bacolod Lagoon park. To all the staff & personnel hands down, you made our Bacolod vacay a very special & memorable one. We'll be back soon! "

"Staff are very warm and accommodating, breakfast is great....we just had trouble with the door of our room, the sensor/ lock mechanism was defective upon entrance to the room on day 1 of our stay. The maintenance people fixed it though but we needed to take a rest from an early morning flight from Manila. We just closed our eyes while they made pukpok here and there... All these things must be efficiently checked and maintained before clearing it for guest occupancy."
