"This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Istanbul. Never having stayed in Taksim Sq and with a car, we appreciated the valet parking and relatively very easy access off the highway. The location is great to be able to walk and take public transport to most of the great sights. We were upgraded to a large suite and everything from the bedroom, walking closet and large bathroom were superb. The welcome note, fast check in, and snacks in room, with discrete and efficient service were wonderful. Staff were uniformly friendly especially our the guest attendant who took us to our room, welcomed us to the city and showed us the room. It was really a nice welcome in a city and country where hospitality is already very strong. Superb breakfast buffet and service. Finally, the view from the hotel over the city and Bosporus was wonderful. Watch the narrow lanes around the hotel if you’re driving, many dead ends, one ways. Not easy or practical for self parking."

"I chose this hotel mainly because of its very central location, right next to where the HavaBus airport buses depart, and it turned out to be a great decision. Getting around was extremely easy. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service was excellent. My room was spotless and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. I felt genuinely comfortable during my stay and was very satisfied overall. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The only minor downside was that the TV only offered cable channels. For a five-star hotel, it would be nice to have streaming platforms such as Netflix available. Other than that, everything was great."
