"Generous, gave us water in 2l bottles in exchange for two small unopened ones. Breakfast was delightful, with a good variety to choose from. Rooms were bigger than expected, almost like they’ve upgraded them. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "
"Spacious apartment complete with washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and tub centrally located in town for an exceptionally reasonable price. The train station was behind us and the promised soundproofing was great. Some staff were able to speak English and were incredibly kind and helpful. Love the eco cleaning system! We extended our stay two more days to enjoy Takayama. Well worth it! "
"The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The public rooms are spotless and well presented. The bedrooms are spacious and offer a genuine japanese feel. The onsite Onsen baths were sumptuos and the breakfast options a delight. We cant parise this authentic hotel enough and the staff attend to your every need with gracious charm"
"Nice clean big rooms. The hotel was a bit off the city center, though. But it’s ok for us. We are already tired of walking around the center. Time to rest and do the onsen at the hotel"
