The location is pretty near the station. Quiet environment and near the popular tourist area. The only cons is there is no elevator . Challenging if you have heavy luggages. Easy to check in ( self check in). Well equipped with amenities and kitchen utensils.

We select this hotel for our family trip during mid-autumn festival. The hotel is easy to reach from Takayama train and bus station which is convenient for our travel at early morning. The room is quiet with sufficient space for four persons, even all our family members are tall. The room can access by password protected door lock, the hotel will send PIN code before the day of your stay by email. There is no reception and duty staff at hotel, however, we used to stay in this kind of hotel when travel in Japan. The cost for using laundry machine is reasonable, the kitchen facilities are simple but sufficed, we can make our Hida Beef dinner in house. Two supermarkets which are around 10 minutes walk from hotel, we bought the bread, milk, egg, vegetable, beef and raw fish with reasonable price. Hotel location is nice, most of the interesting places in Takayama are within the walking distance, the famous Buddhist temple with triple towers is just opposite to the hotel. We did not use the parking lot, as noted from email, the use of parking lot will need to pay a small amount of money, the guest just leave the money in the coin box on the table in the room. In brief, we enjoy our stay in this hotel, and will recommend this hotel to our friends if they plan to visit Takayama.

Confortável como sua casa

Ótima opção para quem quer um hotel com cara de casa. Os quartos (na verdade apartamentos) são grandes, limpos, confortáveis, o único problema que vimos foi que o aquecimento é restrito aos quartos, seria interessante ter aquecimento no apartamento todo. O Hotel fica próxima à estação, localizações e restaurantes importantes da região, além de ficar perto do bairro mais intressante aos turistas.

ベッドはふかふかで心地良かったです。部屋はきれいでした。要望は、バスタオルだけでなく、ハンドタオルもほしい。あとハブラシも。洗濯機は１階にあったけど、部屋にあれば良かった。置くスペースないけどね。

Worst experience what I had during past 10 years through hotels.com. This hotel changed my stay to other hotel suddenly (hours in advance) without agreement and too late to find any other alternative for me. That hotel they replaced is with very poor environment and very small room size. I had no idea where is my payment?
