I would have scored this a 3.5 if half points were allowed!!
The staff were incredibly friendly and it was in a good location.
They have a happy hour when you check in which was a nice touch and give you a face mask.
The Sento
is very small as was my room having to step over my suitcase to get to the bathroom as there was nowhere to put it.
