disappointing yet still thankful!

Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for room change because of unbearable odor. Moved to executive floor but found roaches in room and business center. In the last morning morning water clogged in the bathroom. Having said that, the staffers were mostly very courteous and friendly. Learn that the hotel will be knocked Down on November 1st, 2019 for rebuilding to reappear Hyatt Centric location in 2024. I am sure it will shine like a star again but also become very expensive too because of its location.

初めて利用しました。 スタッフの方は日本語も話せたのでありがたかったですが、基本的に古い印象でした。 古いだけならまだ良いのですが、部屋の隅の使ってない棚が埃まみれだったり、ゴキブリが出たりとあまり心地が良いものではなかったです。 また、バスローブがある記載がされていますが、ルームウェアやルームウェアはありませんでした。

地下鉄の駅からは少し歩くが、松山空港からはとても近い。隣がコンビニで、飲食関係の店も近い。価格が安く、コスパは良好。日本語を話せるスタッフがいなかったのが残念。

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of western and Chiness food to choose from. However the housekeeping could really be improved. Mold was very visible in bathroom, air smells moldy, there were contact lenses , hair and used bath gel from the previous customers in the bathroom when we arrived. Then the tub had slow drain and my husband stood in the water for a while in order to clean his feet when the water wouldn't go down. The floor was not very clean and wall/furniture were scratched up with dents. I stayed in another Fullerton before and it had similar problems. I wished the management could train the housekeeping team and get the maintenance crew to work so it could attract more customers.

좀 시설이 올드하지만 괜찮았어요.

단체손님이 있어서 방을 업그레이드 해주셨는데 너무 큰 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 한칸 짜리면 충분했는데 3개짜리 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 충분히 휴식할수 있어서 좋았어요.

房間被升級為行政套房，內部超奢華，只能說100%的滿意；旁邊的環境也超方便，鬧中取靜；交通也超方便，到當時出差的地點—南港展覽館，非常便利。
