Room was clean and towels were clean too! I got an upgrade to my room which was awesome. All the staff there (especially the girl who spoke multiple languages) were very nice and helpful. You can tell that they go extra miles to help your stay comfortable. Amenities (unlimited coffee and water machine) were great! I mean I got more than I paid for! Soundproof was good too! I didn’t hear a thing at night. Would definitely stay there again when I visit next year!

Stayed for 2 nights: no daily cleaning service, one-time set breakfast, and 2 beer/ beverage coupons. Likes: Room is clean and spacious, basic amenities provided. There is also water and beverage dispenser at the common area. Laundry room is at B1, per wash/dry is NT50 each. Dislike: Need to walk to Relax 2 for breakfast. Instead of beer, I requested juice, and the waiter conveniently direct me to the drinks bar, which provides orange juice and is inclusive as part of the breakfast. Would appreciate it if he offer me bottle juices where other flavors are available.

Hotel Relax V is in the middle of the bustling city of Taipei. It is conveniently located near the MRT. In walking distance of multiple tourist attractions and several night markets. The staff super helpful and the hotel was incredibly clean.

Location : A budget hotel close to the main station. Within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. Staff: friendly and helpful Room:Small but functional Couple of nice perks are good free coffee 24 hours, reduction in food and drinks at the nearby Italian restaurant. In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.
