i thought the property was closer to MRT, and transportation description does not match reality. having said that, it was convenient to go by bus, but takes more time to go into city center.
also, it might be a good idea to remind travellers there is another hotel of the same name in the area.

ホテルの手違いで1泊目の部屋の掃除がされていませんでした。フロントで指摘するとタオルとお水を手渡されました。でもタオルは１人分不足していました。あまり態度が良くなかったのでもう指摘するのをやめました。バスマットも欲しかったし、ドリンク類も補充してほしかった。私たちはゆっくり休みたいのに、時間を費やしてしまったことに対して、もう少し丁寧に謝るとか、部屋に持ってきてくれるとか、フロント業務は忙しいのでしょうが、こちらの身にもなってほしい。日本人だからでしょうか。

會再住宿，值得推薦
房間設計不錯，床睡起來也舒服，網路速度也OK。房間陽台可看到綠油油的山景，清心舒暢。住宿了一週，打掃的很乾淨，價格也合理。食物部分是訂Ubereat外送，整體很方便
