在樓梯可以聽到別房聲音
不過進房後是沒有聽到
然後房間窗簾要拉好，不然可以跟別人互看，但白天陽光灑下站在落地窗前拍照有種透視美哈哈

算是air bnb的一種，地點比較偏遠平常民宿內不會有人在館內，房間沒有照片中大但整體設備都算新。

For Expedia.com應該列出酒店和BNB,說明房間真實尺寸，因為相片和真實尺寸感覺差好大，在台南的話，我不會用四百多港幣租一間這麼小的房間而且是BNB,還是房間連小冰箱和水煲也沒有，裝修和相片差不多，不過真的很小和設施不足，隔音頗差，週邊食街右觀光方便，可惜本人較著重房間，職員非常友善和耐心講解及介紹，不過這個價錢我應該不會再入住了，因為如果是BNB 這個價錢太多選擇包括不錯的酒店

Check in is not convient if after 1800, adding their LINE account is a must to know how to check in. A bit expensive for such price and no breakfast is included. Location is also soso. The room was clean on bed and tables part, but a lot of hairs on floor.

地點離車站有段路,但住房品質超級棒,服務人員的態度超級好,而且附近的武聖夜市也有很多好吃的東西,另外因為被安排到高樓層沒有電梯,所以有大型行李的朋友可以再考慮看看

滿意的住宿體驗
我們選擇Bella房型，環璄和相片100%相符，感覺整潔明亮又有個性，床鋪也很乾淨舒適，環境安靜，入住手續簡易方便，住得很滿意！（當自己家一樣，哈哈）地點離神農街也大概15分鐘路程，樓下附近也有便利店和宵夜，不錯的！如有行李箱，上樓樓梯比較陡要留意。

它是”慕特公寓 Mutter Apartment”的姊妹新館，位於中西區中和街。
地點：附近屬於住宅區，對於不會在台南駕駛的遊客來說不是很方便，因為很難可以在路上找到計程車。
服務：沒有工作人員駐場，是自助式的Check In，有任何問題都只能透過LINE查詢。
設備：公寓共高5層，沒有電梯，行李需自行搬到房間。設有大廳、公共空間、廁所讓住客使用。
房間：裝潢很新；房間可以放到兩個大行李箱，不算太小；床墊較硬。
總括而言，位置並不十分優越，但勝在是新館，CP值還是可以的。
