They provide shuttle bus to/from Train station (reservation required). Staffs are good. Room decoration is kind of old but clean. Guest room is very big, planty of space for your laugages. There are lots of restaurants near by. Laundry is available with fee. Breakfast is included and good. An A plus is they also provide afternoon snack which is very rare. Overall value is good.

Clean and comfortable

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Many good eating places are nearby. Tub is a bit high to climb into.

The hotel was absolutely good. The room was nice and peaceful. Bed was very good. Service also very good and there was a chance to eat some snacks and coffee also afternoon until 5 pm. Also we used self-laundry and drying machines. They were very cheap and good ones. But if almost all were excellent I cannot say the same about breakfast. Although I read that breakfast has choices for the taste of western people also actually there were only coffee and toast. But I tried to eat other food also but most of them was not to my taste but nor also delicious to my Pilipino wife. Actually she eat less than me. However I really liked this hotel and also location was good.

A great service hotel near everything

The price is decent. They offered arvo tea, shuttle buses and someone who escorts you to the lift up. Nothing to complain about. The bed is super comfy. A smart toilet made the difference.

Wonderful hotel with 5* feel for med-range price

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Taiwan. Not just because we got a free upgrade to a suit but because the service we received from the staff. A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing. When we visit Tainan again in the future, we will definitely be booking here again!

Centrally located, has a bus stop direct in front of the hotel for east bound busses, west bound stop is about 60m away. Room was quite big, clean and well equiped. Highlight for me was the self-service laundry on the 11th floor. Two washing machines (30NTD 1/2h) and two dryers (10NTD 1/2h). Breakfast was good, but nothing to get too excited about. TV with english channels and Wifi was working. Would book again.
