No frill hotel but very clean, efficient, and easy going. Very little food in the immediate vicinity but Uber Eats comes quickly and lots of choices on nearby Shengli Rd, 10 min walk away. Not near all the scenic spots so need to rely on cabs or Uber.

Great hotel. A short walk from the train station but kind of in the opposite direction of the city centre. But there are good restaurants and bars around the hotel. Check in was easy and the room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which looks like it used to have a bathtub. The 2nd floor lounge was a nice area to relax as well.

This hotel is too far from center and while the hotel provides free bicycles the ride to attractions are not convenient. I found a large cockroach on the desk enjoying my 3 in 1 coffee one evening and had to kill it. I noticed that there were more waiting on the balcony ready to enter the room. Room service is poor and condition of the hotel is not good. There's just one old slow elevator in the building causing long delay in getting in and out sometimes. The staff are great and super friendly though.

It was my first time out of the country and I was scared of not being able to get around or get help, but as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful I will definitely rebook here again if im ever back in Taiwan.

Fast and friendly services; however, my particular room (7005) has a foul odor and the bathroom is the worst which made my stay quiet unpleasant... there is no way that the daily maid/room service crew don't know the odor ... Ug! What's also disappointing are: 1. No closet in room (that's Okay), but with only 3 coat hangers...😕 2. Limited to one cup of juice or coffee (~8oz cup) per breakfast, $70NT per "each"additional cup 🙄 of coffee (most guests I spoke with felt that same, surprised!!!) 3. Has to order my breakfast for the next morning the day before by 10pm.. perhaps for minimizing wasting food. 4. Nearest convenient store (7-11 and Family Mart are ~14minutes walk away.. 5. No decent restaurant within ~15minutrs walking distance... 6. Street side parking (good luck during day time) can be reimbursed What's good: 1. Free washer & dryer (kept clean 👍) 2. Nice comfortable bed 3. Quiet peaceful environment. 4. Gas station just across the street 5. Super friendly & helpful front desk staff, especially the young gentlemen at night shift very patient & thorough.

客室は清潔で、1週間に1回のシーツ交換サービスがとてもありがたかったです。タオル類は毎日交換してくださり、大きな不自由なく過ごせました。 部屋にキッチン等はありませんでしたが、2階にラウンジがあり、電子レンジやトースター、給水機などを置いてくださっていたため、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方も皆さんとても親切で、一度カードのトラブルがあったのですが、きちんと対応してくださいました。スタッフの方々の中で日本語が通じる方がいらっしゃることがあるので、時間によっては日本語で対応していただけると思います。 台南に長期間滞在される方には特におすすめです。（もちろん、短期間滞在される方にもおすすめです。） ※シャンプー・ボディーソープ以外のアメニティ類は法律により置かれていないので、ご愛用の品をお持ちになることを強くお勧めします。
