"Housekeeping staff extremely friendly and helpful.
I thought I included breakfast on my booking but the hotel staff the breakfast was not included. The price is steep over $18 USD per person.
Location close to train station."
"Easy check in and out. Great location near several great restaurant areas including Hai-An street bars. Saturday night, there were a couple bars with live performers."
"This is the kind of place I’d happily stay at again, mostly because the location is ridiculously convenient. Nearly all of central Tainan’s main attractions are within an easy walking distance. Chihkan Tower, the Confucius Temple, Hayashi Department Store, Tainan Art Museum Buildings 1 and 2… everything is close enough that you can properly enjoy the city without constantly relying on taxis or public transit.
The hotel technically doesn’t include breakfast, but in reality there’s a simple spread downstairs with buns, mantou, cereal, toast, croissants, milk, and soy milk. More than enough to get you functional before heading out for actual Tainan food.
The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful throughout the stay, which made the place feel much more welcoming than many small city hotels.
The quad room was a bit smaller than the photos suggested, though still perfectly manageable. One issue I often run into with smaller hotels in Tainan is uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Here they weren’t amazing, but definitely acceptable and good enough for a decent sleep.
Overall, this is somewhere I’d absolutely consider staying again. The location alone makes it very hard to beat."
