"The room was great. The pool area is beautiful. Everything else was okay. The upstairs bar was fine. The servers in the restaurants weren’t very attentive, and the food almost took an hour. "Stayed for 2 nights and everything we needed were just there: towels for pools (different than the towels in the suites), drinking water, and a range of toiletries were available including a shaving kit. Room was great and the balcony had a rack to hang wet clothes. With very limited options, or at least cheap options, in breakfast places in the Alona beach area, the free breakfast made our stay so much better. For the two breakfasts we had, some dishes were different on the second day. We paid for their dinner buffet as well and it also had a great variety of food available. Staff from ALL departments were great - they were very accommodating and always available. Despite the steep price, it was well worth it."
