"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("

Did not ask for refund as I know how horrible to deal with the situation with Expedia. The owner did not even ask why we were leaving early. You need to remove this place from the option. "what a great hotel. loved the view of the ocean with the fishing boats going out every night. the room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tours we took picked us up at the hotel, so that was a bonus. "This hotel is amazing and a must recommend when visiting Jeju Island. Based on other’s reviews, I was aware that we will need to rent swimming caps if swimming indoors so this didn’t bother me. As for dining, they have good options in the facility but if you want to taste famous local dishes, it is not far away by car. Everything is amazjng including the convenience store on site and the games area that is available for all to use. The room is great and one of the best lay out and decor I have ever seen. The only thing I would recommend is to add laundry facilities because there are swimming pools everywhere and although they provide clothes hanger, the clothes might not dry on time prior to checkout or your flight. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would come here again!"
