We absolutely loved our stay at JEJU Shilla. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and hotel amenities were awesome and convenient. They had beautiful hiking/ walking path that led to a beach and it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful, classy hotel with excellent customer service. I highly recommend one of the ocean view rooms. Overall highly recommended and I would definitely return.
This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities.
Best thing was total mood . I could relax and felt cozy.
Service was smooth.

Really disappointing!
We stayed for 3 nights in April. The hotel is a little run down. The restaurants are not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Both the Korean and Japanese restaurants are average at best. The ambience is terrible. The food ok. We are a family of vegetarians, at the Korean restaurant we were served a side with prawns in and a chicken soup. I find this absolutely not acceptable. The dinner was a vegetarian set menu.
Not sure I would stay here again.
Very nice hotel. Lots of other hotels and restaurants nearby if you don't like the restaurants in hotel although what I had was good. They have singing but I'm they stop at a good time to allow you to sleep. Zero issues . Clean and comfortable and apparently a famous hotel as people know it when I told I stayed there. I biked here while I was biking around Jeju Island. Good stopping point before finishing the rest of the island.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is older and not well taken care of on the outside. Rooms are older, as well, and bathroom felt dirty. Service at the pool is very slow.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
We chose to stay at the five-star Shilla Hotel for 2 nights as a special trip with my parents. While we appreciated the very friendly service, there were significant issues with cleanliness. We witnessed very small bugs crawling on the towels, and despite having the room cleaned the next day, the same issue persisted. The room, including the bathroom, seemed quite old, with small holes in various places through which the bugs appeared to be entering.
The Shilla is truly outstanding. The Staff is incredibly friendly and willing to offer help to tourists. There was construction on the pathway to the beach until the end of September but the beach is still accessable by a trail that goes more around the cliff than straight down. No fault of the hotels and the staff was helpful in letting us know about the alternate route.
The food was exquisite and I highly reccommend the Parkview for its affordability and high quality of dishes at all times of the day.
One other point to travellers, this hotel does have a written rule asking that those with tattoos cover them. Other than that, this hotel was fantastic to experience.
