"The hotel and grounds were nice being right by the lake with an indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, playground, picketball, tennis, and a private
beach
. The hotel is older and needs upgrades, but over all it was nice. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the gingerbread houses were neat. Unfortunately, the first night after eating from the restaurant and drinks from the bar I got food poisoning. A horrible experience. Due to that reason I won’t stay there again. "

"I ended up staying somewhere else. Booked this hotel because of the indoor water park which is no longer with this hotel. We had stayed here several times in the past and my kids loved it. When I went to check in was told they no longer had the water park it was now with another hotel. Refused to refund my stay that did not happen. "
