"Staff, lobby incredible Rooms are outdated but clean Gym barely qualifies as a gym The big turn off was how dirty the water in the pool was. I would not even go in it was so bad. Its a 3 star hotel. Did the job but it will not be my first choice for sure"

"The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. "

"Aside from the facade, this property has been neglected for years. Lots of deferred maintenance. The staff is polite and professional as are most Filipinos. The area around the hotel is very dirty and loud. "
