"Most comfortable bed and pillows"

"Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby"

"Clean spacious room, large bathroom with a bidet, yeah! They even provided nice and comfortable slippers for use while staying there. Would stay there again if my stay required to be downtown Seattle, as it was walking distance to a lot of things. Staff was very friendly, especially the bellstand."

"Israel from the front desk was accommodating from the start. Had a small mishap and he was on top of it to get it fixed. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The rooms and check in lobby were so cute! Everything went so smoothly when checking both in and out. Most things we did were about a 10 minute walk away. Ubers were not too expensive from this location to the further things we wanted to do either. Ubers from the airport to here though, were like $60! I recommend taking the train from the anirport and getting dropped off at Pioneer Square. From there, it’s only about a 6 minute walk! Would definitely stay here again! "
