"Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold ."

Breakfast staff members have been both very kind to me and to my little dog (thank you, Frderica). Talking about my dog, he loved the room and the bed. I cannot wait to return. "
