The reception staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, respectful, and made the whole stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and excellent value for money. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything I needed was there. "Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a replacement bowl. We found these things very minor and overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
