Shangri-La Sydney
Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade.

The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney
The room was clean with a good view, and the staff were nice and friendly, but the room could use an upgrade (e.g. It was a broken tile in the bathroom or the bathroom was a little outdated) Overall, I’d stay there again
