I loved staying here. All Staff were exceptionally friendly especially the gentleman at the desk when I checked in late at night he was polite friendly and reassuring. The room was comfortable new and spotlessly clean. I loved Paramatta and will come back hopefully! Thank you .

Lack of a private bathroom was a surprise. Only one shared bathroom available. No cleaning facilities in the bathroom. No safety handles in the shower. The bed and linen were excellent.
