"Nice Hotel, clean and quiet"

"Hyatt is a very comfortable hotel but as a person with a disability there were some concerns. I required an accessible bathroom as I am on crutches. My room #380 was a long way from the lift and the bathroom floor was covered with water after showering making feet wet when using toilet or basin. Something very wrong with layout. I stay at many different hotels with accessible bathrooms all over the world (most recently Canada, Japan, France, Spain, Sweden, Finland and never experienced such problems. An evaluation is necessary."
