"Parking was convenient and right outside. It is a nice modern property. The refrigerator did not cool and the room did smell of cigarette smoke a little. I would add a few hooks here and there to hang towels etc. I think it was room 7, had a window in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have a shade or blind on that window since the bathroom door is glass and lets light into the bedroom in early morning."

"Despite being packed with guests, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Everything was within walking distance. I asked a staff member where the cigar bar was, and she told me the hotel only had a regular bar. Skeptical, I went to the lobby and asked the bartender, who immediately pointed me to the cigar bar. The property is so large that even some staff members don’t seem to know about all of its amenities."

We have been telling all of our family and friends back home how totally caring and professional all the staff dealth with us. "Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich is excellent place,clean and excellent staff specially the staff in the front desk. But I would never recommend Radisson Hotel Zurich by the airport the staff in the front desk is terrible , we made a mistake taking the shuttle bus to the hotel thinking it will bring us also to Radisson Hotel and Suites but took us only to the Radisson Hotel by the airport and the staff told us to just walk it will take us only 5 minutes when in fact the hotel is 25 minutes away by car. What a Jerk making us look like stupid."
