"Parking was convenient and right outside. It is a nice modern property. The refrigerator did not cool and the room did smell of cigarette smoke a little. I would add a few hooks here and there to hang towels etc. I think it was room 7, had a window in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have a shade or blind on that window since the bathroom door is glass and lets light into the bedroom in early morning."

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."

"This hotel has the perfect location. And the public transportation arrives at the front door. You have a grocery store right across the lobby and the common areas are perfect to drink a cocktail 🍹 there are plenty of restaurants found within walking distance. The Air conditioning in the room did not work too well but everything else was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is just a few steps away from the tram line which was great! The staff was gracious and kind. I got there early in the morning and they stored my luggage so that I could go sightseeing without lugging it around. The hotel was very clean - everything from the lobby to the rooms to the laundry area was wonderfully clean. Breakfast was delicious! They had a great selection of options: meats and cheeses, eggs, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms were small and the shower opened directly into the room which dripped water on the floor due to the way the door was. Overall though, I would stay here again."
