"This La Quinta is in need of a full renovation. The walls and doors were beat pretty bad from luggage carts, carpet in need of replacement, furniture in room beat up pretty bad, ect. Had a hard time getting our door to unlock after using keycard and water was lukewarm at best in the shower. There was a used dirty washcloth under the sink as well. Breakfast was ok but no orange juice was available. My wife and i stay at La Quinta quite often and this was no way up to the standards i come to expect from this hotel chain. The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful and probably the best part of our experience staying here. Won't be staying here in the future."

"Room needed more lighting. No modern charging ports available. Had two adults staying for two days. Only given two towels, two washcloths, no hand towels and the roll of TP on the holder, no extra. I know I could have asked for more but I would rather they not make me do that. The snack store had very little food available. All the staff I encountered were pleasant. The beds and linen were comfy. They told me no one would be in the room since they only offer housekeeping every seven days but my window was open when I returned for the day and it was not open when I left in the morning. "

"The hotel was fine. The breakfast options were good. The pool was nice for the kids, but too cold for me. The exercise room was good, but needs a cleaning. The tub drained really slowly, so that wasn't great when showering. It was too loud sometimes at night and in the early morning with fire alarms and barking dogs. The noise from the traffic on the road was also loud."

"I stayed here while in transition to move... Day 1... After coming in late from work, I found that my room wasn't cleaned. The tub and fridge were nasty. The counters hadn't been wiped down. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked up, but that I could move tomorrow. I was so exhausted and the bed appeared to have been the only thing that was changed. So I stayed. Day 2... After coming in again from work, I went down to check on my new room and was told that they were out of rooms. I told the guy that I had asked for my room to be changed due to my room not being cleaned. He said, there were none, and that I needed come in earlier. I explained, that I work 2 jobs and that it wasn't possible. He said that he'd have one for me the next day. I asked if someone could come clean my room and was told that they'd do it in the morning, because no cleaning staff was available. Day 3... After working... I found that I couldn't get into my room. After walking back around from the office to enquire about my room change, and was told no rooms were available. I was very upset to say the least. I enquired about the manager, and was informed that he would be in thy next day around 11 am. I informed the staff who was rude, that I would again be at work, and so I needed the manager's name so that call. He told me he wasn't able to give me his name. He let me in my room... The bed had been made and the towels changed, only. I was never given a new room. Never again!"
