"The front desk were helpful and friendly. The room carpet was a little stained but nothing major. Room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The day we wanted to utilize the
indoor pool, they were having swim lessons so that was a bummer but we did get to use the jacuzzi which didn't get hot but it was no big deal. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel but my husband would probably suggest a different hotel next time. "

"Room was clean and spacious, hotel had good facilities with the swimming
pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.
Only let down was being charged double for drinks. The lady didn't seem bothered that she charged me twice. "

"Good value for money. It's not the newest place to stay but restaurant is good, spa area is nice, room was big. The only drawback was internet. Did not work at all in my room. Although reported and some action was told to be taken, not working for my whole stay there."

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it.
However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then?
Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
