GOOD

Location is good, short walking distance from railway station. Good and friendly at front desk. Room is small but ok for one night. WIFI is fast enough. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices, high quality. Overall I can recommend, for short stay.

Best stay in Gdynia

i stayed at HOLA for a few nights and i had an exceptional experience. From the time i arrived for check in , the staff was very warm and welcoming.The room was clean and fresh, equipped with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay.The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.The hotel's location is perfect, easy access to local attractions.Overal i would highly recommend HOLA Gdynia if you are looking for a relaxing and cozy stay.

We had to leave the hotel early in the morning due to job meetings and we got a breakfast package to go. Very good service and a really good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms.

Cozy, modern , nice hotel

My stay in Hola was amazing , the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect because its close to everything , the cetre, the train station, to some nearby shopping and other attractions.The room are cozy and comfortable ,very clean and tidy too.I cant say enough about their breakfast , i really enjoyed it, they make the perfect scrambled eggs and so many other options to choose from.The hotel was everything i expected and i would recommend it 10/10 and more!

My friend and i had a fantastic stay at Hola.The location is convenient and close to the centre, in fact it is on a main street where you can have access to different facilities and restaurants.The staff is really friendly and helpful.I really liked the subtle pink interior deco they have , something about it is really comforting.Their breakfast are delicious and they have variety of foods to choose from both Polish meals and international.The rooms are clean and hygienic, i had no issues at all!!I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall great stay. Only negative was the whole bathroom floor gets very wet when using the shower. Shower is only half glass covered and water splashes everywhere.

Clean and ok for a couple of nights

Hotel was great decor on the inside, very cute, like a dolls house! However I found communication with staff quite poor for a hotel. Breakfast was minimal. Others had food to order and others the minimal buffet. We paid on the day but wasn’t offered an option. Reception was rarely covered so you have to call or email your questions. Location was kind of central, about 20 min walk to port/beach but not really much else around.

Not receptionist in the hotel

The customer service wasn't available during the night. The receptionist has disappeared and we couldn't report that the heating is not working in our room. Let's say that we could be late with accommodation for about a few minutes and not enter the hotel...

Rommet var litt mindre enn forventet, men det gikk helt fint for oss. Frokosten hadde veldig lite utvalg, og for oss som er litt kresne var ikke frokosten noe for oss. Veldig lite frokostlokalet nede i kjelleren. Renhold var greit.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Es gab genug Platz für uns 4. Wir hatten 4 kleine Wasserflaschen und das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit. Neben dem Hotel sind Restaurants. Das Personal ist super lieb. Das Einzige, das was wissen muss, ist dass der Parkplatz des Hotels 5 Minuten im Auto zu erreichen ist. Man braucht also ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß um zurück zum Hotel zu gelangen oder um das Auto wieder zu holen.

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, w centrum miasta. Jest zadbany a śniadanie w pełni satysfakcjonujące. Natomiast parking znajduje się przynajmniej kilometr od hotelu, na samym końcu budynku. To jest najgorsze miejsce parkingowe z jakim się zetknęłam. Pokój dla 4 osobowej rodziny był ciasny i niewygodny . W łazience prysznic zalewał podłogę pod umywalką. Brak było wieszaków na ręczniki. Ogólnie, nie było zbyt pozytywnie żeby jeszcze raz wrócić. .
