"First time staying here check-in was smooth and convenient. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. No “real” complaints but one suggestion that I do have is to maybe heat up the pool area and bathrooms near the pool a little more because it was freezing outside of the pool. Also one of the nights we were there just exploring the amenities that were offered and there was a female security guard that was kind of harassing some the people that were staying at the hotel and I just found that a little unsettling asking people to see their key cards even though they had to use them to check in after hours. "
