"Great location in Kensington and reasonably priced for London. Although our 10th floor room was a bit old fashioned, it was clean & comfortable and had a great view out."

"The hotel is clean, offers good dining and bar options. Its location is great. It is close to the Tube to get around town or to/from Heathrow. Also a good variety of restaurants in a comfortable walking distance. There is also the Portabella market on weekends. It's a good choice whether your trip is short or long. I have no hesitation to recommend it."

"I felt like i am in prison, in every corridor every other door to another corridor you need the card to open. When I booked i did not realise there is a kitchen in the room, the side of the double bed was next to the wall, luckily my wife was sick and she could not come it is suitable for a single person but not for a couple."

"This hotel is short walk from Queensway underground, Hyde Park and Diana memorial Kensington castle across the street . lots of great eating places . It’s a short walk to Nottinghill . Our room was clean and very comfy and quiet . . We would stay again "

"Squeaky floors outside the room so could hear everyone walking past, was near the lift so most on the same floor. Breakfast was good, went early the first day but there was plenty so went later as less people, could still get everything you wanted. Basic room, a mini fridge would have been good so could keep fresh milk"
