"The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Everything was wonderful at R34 Boutique Hotel. The check in process and check out was so easy and friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is great too right in the center of Sofia City Centre. The rooms were very clean too! I would absolutely stay here again. "
