Fantastic 5 star hotel! Great staff and super clean and large room. Awesome location right on Vitosha Blvd. Parking was easy but a tad expensive ($30 Euro per night). One thing to note - not all rooms have access to the pool, which is a wonderful perk. We had to pay an extra $80 Euro to use pool complex : ( The top floor bar is spectacular - definitely go! All in all a great hotel!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the elegant atmosphere and top-tier standards.The location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the city's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. My room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. Another massive plus was the convenient and secure car parking, which made traveling with a vehicle completely hassle-free.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Every team member was remarkably warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome.I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and flawless service in Sofia. I will certainly be returning!
