이 숙소를 추천하지 않습니다
여러 숙소를 이용해 보았지만 이렇게 기분나쁜 경험은 처음입니다. 저는 굉장히 민감한 편이 아니며 과도한 친절을 요구하지 않는 편임에도 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않습니다. 1. 입실시간 미안내로 인한 추가요금 발생 예약할 당시엔 입실시간에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 없었으나 체크인시 22시에 입실이 가능했습니다. 19시에 도착한 저는 결국 추가 대실비용을 지불해야 했습니다. 직원은 이런 상황에 익숙한 듯 했습니다. 2. 룸 다운그레이드 욕조가 있는 방을 예약했으나 욕조가 없는 방을 안내받았습니다. 이야기했더니 사과나 해명하지 않고 욕실있는 방을 원하냐고 질문한 것으로 봐서 실수라고 보기 어려웠습니다. 3. 친절하지 않은 직원 이야기하는 와중에 내부로 들어가 버리거나 여러 상황에 대해 충분한 설명이 없어 불쾌감을 느꼈습니다. 고객을 위하는 태도는 엿볼 수 없었습니다. 4. 청결하지 않은 룸컨디션 하수구에 서식하는 나방파리 몇마리가 날라다니며, 테이블 뒤쪽엔 먼지가 가득했습니다. 5. 불편한 편의시설 난방조절이 되지 않으며, 고객의 편의를 이유로 슬리퍼와 커피포트 등이 구비되어 있지 않습니다.
